1. How do I know when you have registered the patient?
You will get one of three emails from us:
✅ New Patient Registered
We have automated the registration and there is nothing further for you to action.
🔍 Inspection needed
We have automated the registration but there is information that might be useful for you to review.
❗️Action needed
We need you to confirm patient details before we automate/ you need to register this patient manually.

2. How do I use the practice Hub?
To learn about how to use the portal visit the ' 🗂️Find your way around' page and 'The Hub' article collection as a whole 🌈.
3. How long does it take Healthtech-1 to process an automated registration once it’s been submitted?
On average it takes us under 24 hours to automate a registration, but we tell patients it can take up to 2 working days.
We like to underpromise and overdeliver! ✨
If we cannot automate the registration and need more information, we will send the patient a notification that it will take up to 7 working days.
4. What communications do patients receive from Healthtech-1?
Learn more about 💌Patient Communications on the dedicated article.
5. Do you accept forms over the weekend?
Yes we do! (We even accept forms on Christmas day 🎄).
6. What happens if an existing patient tries to register?
We will not re-register the patient again.
We will however, update their details and you will get a notification that they have been registered (but they weren't duplicated!)
This is because our form asks comprehensive questions and updating their record may provide you with details not previously disclosed.
7. How do I report a problem with a registration?
Contact us: [email protected] or chat with us below 💬
8. Can patients upload documents?
Yes! But they do not get coded into the patient record, you can find them on 'The Hub'.
Patients are able to upload
The Red Baby Book / Vaccination record for children under 6
Documents for patients that are new to the country (optional):
Proof of ID documents (e.g., driving licence, birth certificate)
Proof of Address (e.g., bank statement, council tax bill)
