How are registrations organised?

The Hub organises registrations into three folders:

  1. ๐Ÿšจ Patients to Register

  2. ๐Ÿ”ฎ Patients to Review

  3. ๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Archived

๐Ÿšจ Patients to Register

โฑ๏ธ Pending Automation:

Registrations in this folder are on our 'To Do' list, i.e., we have received the patients registration form, and it is on our list to automate.

๐Ÿšจ Automation Unsuccessful:

Registrations in this folder have not been automated straight away and we need some input for you to get the patient registered.

There are two types of warnings to look our for:

Can be queued for automation:

We can automate this registration, we just need you to confirm the patients details.

You can find out what information we need by opening the registration form, checking out the internal admin notes and then using the 'save and automate' button.

Needs attention:

We are not able to automate this registration, and it needs to be completed manually by the practice.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Patients to Review

Patients in this folder have been registered by us, and will be live on your clinical system. However, they have Signals or Documents that you will need to review. You'll see how many Signals the patient has or if they've got Documents you can download.

Signals are the things patients tell us that we think you should know about. This might be long term conditions, repeat medications or safeguarding concerns. You can find more about Signals here.

๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Archived

You'll be able to see all the registration that have been automated, manually registered by practice or ignored here. Each registration will be kept here for 6 years in case you need to come back and refer to the registration again.
