How are registrations organised?

The Hub organises registrations into three tabs:

  1. ๐Ÿšจ Patients to Register

  2. ๐Ÿ”ฎ Patients to Review

  3. ๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Archived

๐Ÿšจ Patients to Register

These are registrations which couldn't be automated straight away. Each registration in the list has a note which helps you know what you need to do at a glance.

Can be queued for automation means that you can automate this registration after confirming the patient's details.

Needs attention means that this registration needs to be completed manually in your clinical system.

Queued by Practice is where you'll find registrations when you use the โšก๏ธConfirm patient details button. They'll stay there until the automation has completed the registration.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Patients to Review

This is where you'll patients who have Signals or Documents. You'll see how many Signals the patient has or if they've got Documents you can download.

Signals are the things patients tell us that we think you should know about. This might be long term conditions, repeat medications or safeguarding concerns. You can find more about Signals here.

๐Ÿ—„๏ธ Archived

You'll be able to see all the registration that have been automated, marked as Done by Practice or Ignored here. Each registration will be kept here for 6 years in case you need to come back and refer to the registration again.
