🏎️ What do I do when I need to urgently register a patient?
To urgently register a patient, you need to use the 'Find a patient' feature which would allow you to find the patient and register them manually
Once you find the patient you need, click on their registration details and click 'Done by Practice' in the actions field.

Can you prioritise certain registrations for automation?
Unfortunately, due to the way our automation system is designed, we cannot give priority to certain registrations over others. Therefore urgent registrations need to be done manually.
Do bear in find that most patients are registered under 24 hours and you are never charged for registrations that you complete manually 😇
