Clicking the โView Registration Formโ button will take you to the hub, where you can take more actions.
โ New patient registered
This notification means that the patient has been registered successfully and there is nothing for you to do ๐๏ธ
๐ Inspection needed
This notification means that a patient has stated something on their registration form (e.g., repeat medication, long term conditions, or sexual health) that would be useful for you to look at. We call these ๐ฎ Signals and think it is useful for you to review them.
โ๏ธAction needed
It isnโt always possible for patients to be registered automatically. In these cases, we ask that you confirm what the patient has submitted on their form so their registration can be automated, or register them manually. There will always be a note left for your team in ๐ Admin notes explaining why.
