Record sharing is also captured and recorded for SystmOne practices as part of the Local Form
All patients will be informed about their Summary Care Record (SCR) sharing rights within the NHS England registration form, and can choose to opt out via their GP surgery.
Patients registering to SystmOne practices will also be asked about their Record Sharing preferences within the Local Form.
