What are internal Admin notes?

Sometimes you'll need to find out what's happening with a patient's registration or leave a note for your colleagues. You can do this in the πŸ“„ Internal Admin notes.

For example, if you have left a voicemail to confirm a patients DOB, leave your colleagues a note to let them know.


Where can I find internal Admin notes?

You can find internal Admin notes in the yellow section of a patient's registration form.


How do I add an internal Admin note?

Start by typing your note, then press + Add internal note.


When will I need to look at Admin notes?

Every time you open a patient's registration form, you should check to see if there are any Admin notes.

You'll also need to check Admin notes when you need to take action with a patient's registration. You'll receive an email like this:
