Once you have reviewed the signals and completed any necessary post-registration actions for registrations in the Patients to Review folder, you should select 'Mark as Reviewed' when you are finished working with a registration.
By doing this, the registration will be filed away in the Archived folder.
In line with our Data Processing Agreement with NHS England, registration forms remain accessible on our platform for 60 days. This gives you time to refer back to the form if needed.
After 60 days, the form will no longer be available via the Hub. However, NHS England will have emailed a copy of the completed form to your shared inbox. If you're looking for an older submission, please check there.
The email address used is:
π§ [email protected]
Please note: all data from the form is transferred into your clinical system at the point of registration.
We understand it would be helpful to access a PDF version of the form directly from the patient record. Our engineering team is currently exploring whether we can support this in the future.
If you'd like to save a copy of the registration form, here is how you can do this: π
1. Find the registration form you'd like to save (using the find a patient feature)
2. Open up the registration form and click the 'Download as PDF' button in the top right corner
3. Done - the registration form will be in your downloads ππΌ
You will also continue to receive registration notification emails with the PDF forms from NHS Digital if you need to find a form after the 60 days timeframe has passed. The email NHS England use to send you registration forms is: [email protected]
