NHS England (NHS E) mandated that all practices use the standardised national registration form by the 31st of October 2024.
We automate registrations from the NHS Register with a GP Surgery service, linking seamlessly with the NHSE registrations inbox.
Once patients have completed their registration form, the automation securely accesses EMIS or SysytmOne and registers the patient as if by β¨ magic β¨ with all the clinical coding.
What about emails with registration PDFs from NHS Digital?
You will continue to receive registration notification emails with the PDF forms from NHS Digital. However, after automation begins, you wonβt need to act on these emails! We will begin receiving all registrations directly into the Hub to automate for you.
βPlease wait for email confirmation from the NHS Team about the integration setup with Healthtech-1 before stopping manual processing of any registration emails from NHS Digital. It typically takes about 48 working hours to complete the setup.
To keep your inbox organised we would encourage setting up Outlook rules to automatically file these emails away.
The email NHS England use to send you registration forms is: [email protected]
The Local Form
Weβve worked with NHS E to create an optional local form that carries on from the NHS E core registration form aligns with national guidelines while capturing additional relevant data, including health inequalities, special circumstances, and screening data. For more details check out our article here on the local form offering.
For a complete list of questions asked on the NHS E registration form visit the NHS England registration questions. Healthtech-1 cannot make any changes to the questions on the NHS E registration form as this is managed by NHS E.
There are some questions on the NHS E registration form that you can toggle on - please visit our help article on NHS England extra questions.
