๐Ÿค” How do I enable translation for my practice?

To enable translation for your practice's registration form, go to the โš™๏ธ Settings page of the Hub.

When patients are completing the registration form, they're able to choose from our currently supported languages to translate questions on the registration form:

  • Arabic

  • Bengali

  • Bulgarian

  • English

  • French

  • Gujarati

  • Italian

  • Kurdish

  • Latvian

  • Lithuanian

  • Nepali

  • Pashto

  • Polish

  • Romanian

  • Russian

  • Simplified Chinese

  • Spanish

  • Turkish

  • Ukrainian

  • Urdu

  • Welsh

We chose these languages as they are among the top most commonly requested interpreters by patients. We may add more over time.

There are limited free text fields on the registration form, but patients should write their answers in English.

We've updated our Terms of Service to account for this feature. In short:

  • We're using a machine translation service to translate the contents of the web page.

  • No patient data is available to the translation service.

  • It is expected that the quality of the language translation is comparable to Google Translate which many patients use today to translate the form, but your practice agrees to the risk of translation.
