Where can I find Analytics?

You can find Analytics at the top of the Hub. If you're able to access registrations for more than one site, you can filter the data to the site you're looking into on the left hand side.

If you'd like to view registrations and Analytics for more than one site, get in touch with us by clicking the purple chat button below or via email to [email protected] ๐Ÿ’ฌ

What data is available?

The data shown in Analytics covers all time since going live with automated registrations!

You can find data on:

  • ๐Ÿ“„ Form completions

  • โœ… Processed registrations

  • โญ Patient satisfaction

  • ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ Demographic detail

  • ๐Ÿš• Understanding patient movements

For example, this includes:

  • Overview of the number of patients registering at your practice

  • Breakdown of registrations that have been automated or actions by staff

  • Detail on demographics like age or ethnicity

  • Reason why patients are registering with your practice

  • Previous GP practice

Want to track more data? Send us a feature request by clicking your initials and ๐Ÿ“ฃ Feedback at the top of the Hub or sending us a message at the purple chat bubble on this page! ๐Ÿ’ฌ

What can I do with this data?

You can use Analytics to understand information about the patients you care for and help inform decisions around the kind of care that you deliver.

Questions like: Whatโ€™s the age split of incoming patients? How many of those patients are out of area? Which practices have they come from? Why are they joining? What language needs do they have?

For example you can use this data to implement changes to help you increase your patient list size.

How do you use Analytics? We'd love to hear what you find useful about Analytics, and what you're using it for! Let us know at [email protected] or by starting a chat with us at the purple chat bubble on this page! ๐Ÿ’ฌ
