New Registration Signal

We'll be introducing a new signal to help practices identify patients who may be eligible for hepatitis C testing. The signal will read:

> โ€œThis patient is eligible for a hepatitis C blood test.โ€

Patient Communication and Testing Access

Eligible patients will receive communications from us directing them to order a free at home test kit. Patients can access the test ordering service via:

For patients who receive this communication from us, we will also add the following SNOMED code into their clinical record:

  • Hepatitis C screening offered: 1107671000000106
