What are Admin notes?
Sometimes you'll need to find out what's happening with a patient's registration or leave a note for your colleagues.
You can do this in 📄 Admin notes.
Where can I find Admin notes?
You can find Admin notes in the yellow section in the bottom right of a patient's registration form.
How do I add an Admin note?
Start by typing your note, then press + Add an admin note.
When will I need to look at Admin notes?
Every time you open a patient's registration form, you should check to see if there are any Admin notes.
You'll also need to check Admin notes when you need to take action with a patient's registration. You'll receive an email like this:
