Improve patient access and stay in control by offering appointments to all new patients through a link directly on your website when they are registering.

Bookable now lets you offer appointments to new patients directly from your website. You can replace your registration link with a custom link which safely opens up appointment booking flows to new patients, while maintaining clinical oversight. Once enabled:

βœ”οΈ New patients can book appointments (not just register) on your website
βœ”οΈ You can choose which appointment types are available to new patients
βœ”οΈ You retain full visibility and control in the Hub

πŸ›¬ How it works

  1. Head to Bookable > Campaigns in the Hub

  2. You will be prompted to pick your location and pick a name and Generate your embeddable URL

  3. Choose how patients book appointments through this page

  4. Save and publish

πŸ₯’Choosing which appointments to offer

You can control exactly what’s visible to new patients on your website:

  • No appointments offered – a registration button only

  • Appointments without care navigation – shows all appointments you offer through Bookable

  • Appointment with care navigation – shows all appointments you offer through Bookable but based on the patient reason, the most appropriate clinician will be offered

  • New patient health check appointments - shows appointments where the clinician capability 'new patient health check' has been ticked. See how to add this.

    • Go in your hub, select Bookable > Clinicians

    • Select your Clinician

    • Select Capabilities > "Campaigns"

    • Tick the box

πŸ“’ Publishing the campaign on your website

Once live, you can:

πŸ“ Add a button on your practice website, with the campaign link embedded

πŸ“ Add it to your β€œNew Patients” page
πŸ“ Use a button or QR code in external communications

Patients will see the bookings interface just like existing Bookable users β€” but tailored to new patient flows.
