How do we confirm that an appointment has been booked?

Once a patient has selected a suitable appointment, they will be asked a few details to confirm it.๐Ÿ‘‡

When the patient has added their details and clicked 'continue to register' they will be shown this page to highlight that they are moving from one GP (their current one) to another GP (your surgery).๐Ÿ‘‡

When the patient clicks 'confirm and continue' they will head straight to your practice registration form. Most patients complete their registration immediately and we get them registered ahead of their appointment ๐ŸŽ‰

At this point we hold the appointment in your clinical system for 1 hour while we await the patients registration form. โฑ๏ธ

We also send the patient a nudge to complete their registration via text and email to ensure the patient completes their registration in order for the appointment to be confirmed.
