How do I turn on Lab Protocols?
Go to Settings > Lab report settings in the Hub.
Tick the protocols you want to enable (or click Select all).
Click Save settings.
Once you have enabled the protocols and the Healthtech-1 EMIS account is set up, results will start being autofiled for you.
✅ Remember to save. After ticking your chosen protocols, click Save settings at the bottom of the page - changes won't apply until you do.
How do I give my team access to Lab Reports in the Hub?
You can invite colleagues in Hub → Settings → Members. If you run into any issues, email us at [email protected].
How can I see what you've filed?
You can check what we've filed - and why something wasn't filed - via the Labs > Reports section in the Hub. Search by patient NHS number and it will show you:
Which results were filed and the date
Which were skipped
The reason for skipping or filing
👀 Review tip. Use the Labs > Reports section to audit filed results at any time - search by NHS number to see the full filing history for a patient, including dates and any skip reasons.
