You can prevent a specific test from being autofiled by adding a command to the test request comment in EMIS. We'll see it and skip the report, leaving it untouched in your inbox.

How do I stop a specific test being filed automatically?

When requesting the test in EMIS, add one of the following commands to the end of your request comment:

  • #donotautomate

  • ht1donotautomate

For example, if your usual comment is tired all the time, the full request comment would be:

tired all the time #donotautomate

We'll see the command and skip the report, leaving it untouched for you to review manually.

⚠️ It has to be all one word with no spaces.

Will the report still appear in my inbox?

Yes! We do not archive anything, so the filed report will appear in your inbox as usual - unless someone in your team has archived it for you 😄
