Before you start ✅
You'll need three things:
Your Bookable Navigator link: This is the web address patients use to reach you. You'll be given this by our team.
Access to your website: Most practices update their site through a supplier such as Practice365, Footfall, My Surgery Website, or Silicon Practice. Some practices manage their own website. Whoever usually edits yours can do this.
The resources you would like, downloaded to your computer from below.
Not sure who looks after your website? Your practice manager will usually know. If you're the practice manager and not sure, pop us an email! 😊
How to use the resources 🛠️
Resource | What it's for | Where to use it |
Poster | Encouraging patients to submit requests through Bookable Navigator. | Add a QR code so patients can scan to visit your Bookable Navigator Form, then print it off, and use it in your waiting room, reception desk, or front door windows. |
Website banner | Putting front and centre on your website so patients can find Bookable Navigator. | On your website home page or website appointments page. |
Sqaure images | Smaller images to put on your website or share on social media so patients can find Bookable Navigator. | On your website or your practice's social media accounts. |
You should be able to ask your website provider (or resident IT wizz) to help update the images on your website.
