To make sure you are using Bookable to its fullest potential, you should consider adding your Bookable slots on a recurring basis thanks to session templates.
1.EMIS USERS
π First, make sure you have set-up slot-types. Here's our step-by-step guide for setting up slots in EMIS.
Step by step process
To make permanent alterations to the templates of future sessions, you should update your session templates.
Go to "Create Session".
To edit an existing template, click "Load from template"
2. Search for and select the session you want to edit.
3. Highlight the slots that you wish to change, right click, and select "Slot properties".
Change the slot type to one of those mentioned above. Make sure there are no embargos set. Once selected, click "Apply and Close".
Repeat as required and, when you are happy with the format, choose "Save template". Any future sessions you create will have the new layout including Bookable slots!
Repeat these steps for all the session templates you want to make changes to.
2. SYSTMONE USERS

Step by step process
The best way to set Bookable slots is to let your clinical system do the work for you!
To add the slots to your Rota Templates (so they reoccur naturally), go to "Setup" > "Appointments" > "Rota Templates" as below.
Next, find the Rota Template you wish to add slots to and press the "Amend" button.
On the right hand side of the window, highlight any slots you'd like to convert, then click "Amend". Set the slot type to one of the "Healthtech1 Not Bookable XX" slots (described above).
Setting up ad-hoc slots
If you want to modify rotas that are already published, you can right click on the coloured bar at the top and then navigate to "Administration" > "Amend" to open the dialogue.
On the right hand side of the window, highlight any slots you'd like to convert, then click "Amend". Set the slot type to one of the "Healthtech1 Not Bookable XX" slots (described above).
