There's a lot of data here, so let's break it down 📈
Registrations and Appointments Overview
Number of registrations received through Bookable
Overall total number of registrations your practice has had since you started using Bookable
Percentage of registrations received via Bookable
Number of appointments booked through Bookable (including upcoming)
Number of appointments available in the future
How many registrations Bookable has added each week since you started
Breakdown of appointments booked (in the past) by day
Appointment availability in the future by day
List Size
The next section shows your list size trend over time.
NB: this data comes from NHS England so is slightly delayed compared to what you will see in your clinical system.
Historic Utilisation
NB: the figures in this section may not add up as it only calculates past utilisation, ignoring future data (future appointments aren't filled yet)!

Utilisation with time
The bars represent raw numbers of utilised/non-utilised appointments.
The dotted line represents utilisation as a percentage.
Blue represents booked, purple represents unbooked, and grey represents appointments that your practice has taken back before the 3-hour cutoff.
