How do the urgency dots work?
Every request carries an urgency band and the coloured dot on its row is that band. Worst sits at the top:
π΄ Immediate β needs action now (the most urgent band).
π Same Day β must be dealt with today.
π‘ Before End of Tomorrow β can wait until tomorrow, but no later.
π’ Within 1 Week β routine, but see the patient inside a week.
π’ Routine β no time pressure (book when convenient).
π£ Needs Review β Navigator wasn't confident enough to classify it and has parked it for a person.
When should I use Search?
Search helps you find the patient request you're looking for. You can search by First Name, Last Name, Full Name, text within the request, or NHS Number. You can also search by each request ticket's unique ID.
