If you’re particularly concerned about seeing a particular test or set of tests in your inbox without us filing them automatically, you can let us know using the test request comments.
When you request the test, after whatever other comment you would usually make, such as ‘tired all the time’, you can add the following command #donotautomate or ht1donotautomate to tell us to skip the report and leave it alone for you.
So the complete request comment would be 'tired all the time #donotautomate' in this case!
It has to be all one word with no spaces.
Remember we don’t archive anything, so you should see filed reports in your inbox as usual, unless someone in your team has archived them for you!
